Artist. Producer. Creative Director. Founder.
Before pursuing my creative work full-time, I spent eight years working in psychiatric nursing. Through that experience, alongside my own journey of self-exploration, I became increasingly fascinated by the relationship between identity, mental well-being, and expression.
I began questioning how much of ourselves we learn to suppress simply to exist comfortably within the expectations of others.
How many of us have learned to be quiet? To play safe? To make ourselves smaller? To accept identities that were handed to us rather than explore who we might become?
I believe each of us carries something worth expressing. Not for admiration or validation, but because our perspectives, experiences, and creative contributions have the potential to offer something meaningful to the world.
That belief became the foundation of Frequency 108 Studios.
Here, we explore the being behind the art. Before asking what someone wants to create, we begin by questioning who they believe themselves to be.
Because I believe the work we bring into the world begins with who we're willing to become.
